About Cargo iQ
Cargo iQ is an IATA interest group dedicated to developing and implementing global quality standards and performance management frameworks for the worldwide air cargo industry.
The organization operates as a collaborative, multi stakeholder community with more than 60 members globally, including airlines, freight forwarders, ground-handling agents, trucking companies, IT solution providers, and airports.
Cargo iQ supports greater transparency, reliability, and efficiency across the air cargo supply chain through its Route Map, which provides end-to-end visibility of shipments, enabling them to be plannable, measurable, and manageable.
The Route Map is underpinned by industry-agreed milestones and standardized processes, captured in the Master Operating Plan, which are supported by certified IT solutions and common performance indicators that enable benchmarking across the industry.
Through its standards, measurement framework, and compliance processes, Cargo iQ drives continuous improvement and accountability across the global air cargo ecosystem.
