Global K9 Protection Group is boosting its GlobalView app solutions and expanding its digital footprint in partnership with the Software-as-a-Service air cargo specialist, Nexshore.

Opelika, Alabama, U.S., Wednesday, 27 March 2024: Canine screening leader, Global K9 Protection Group (GK9PG), is teaming up with air cargo Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) expert, Nexshore, to streamline supply chain operations as part of ongoing plans to grow its digital footprint.

GK9PG will use Nexshore’s Air Cargo Ecosystem, which enables transparent shipment data sharing in a secure environment, to further develop its digital solutions, which are accessed by customers on GK9PG’s cloud-based video management system, GlobalView.

“Our goal is to streamline all cargo and compliance processes and enable secure, collaborative data sharing,” said Peter Brittin, Senior Director of Cargo Policy and Technology Development, GK9PG.

“We are helping customers to reduce paperwork and digitalize, which makes workflows more efficient and cost-effective, and avoids issues around human error when data is manually input.”

Nexshore works to digitalize air cargo operations with innovative technology, simplifying operations and ensuring secure, efficient communication for service providers.

“By working with partners such as Nexshore, and integrating our systems with secure databases, we can continue to drive digitalization in the industry, as well as develop the digital solutions we provide our clients,” Brittin added.

This year, GK9PG is extending its global reach, kickstarting its expansion into Europe with operations in the Netherlands which is facilitated by its long-standing partnerships with international air cargo organizations such as KLM Royal Dutch Airlines.
