TIACA strengthens ties with China logistics community

TIACA Secretary General Vladimir Zubkov will join supply chain leaders in China for the Third China Air Logistics Development Conference 2018

Miami, Florida, USA, Friday, 2nd March 2018 – TIACA Secretary General Vladimir Zubkov will join supply chain leaders in China for the Third China Air Logistics Development Conference 2018 ‘Building the Air Silk Road to accelerate the Cross-border E-Commerce’, to be held in Zhengzhou City, China on 28th-29th March 2018.

The conference and exhibition, organised by Global Industry Connects Consultancy (GICC Group), in conjunction with the Association of Asia Pacific Airlines, Hong Kong Logistics Association, and Henan Airport Group, will address challenges and opportunities arising from the “One Belt, One Road” national strategy.

“I consider this event as a very important step in establishing a stronger TIACA presence in China, which is developing excellent infrastructure, and has been steadily promoting modern methods and technology for air cargo movement,” said Zubkov.

“Zhengzhou is a very important center for generating, distributing, and handling cargo, which in the previous years attracted attention of such organizations as ICAO, our partner in organizing cargo events.

“The 1st ICAO Air Cargo Development Forum was successful due to this excellent location and support from the local cargo community, and I am sure that the Air Logistics Development conference will generate great interest and contribute to further advancements in China’s air cargo industry.”

Zubkov will participate as a keynote speaker.

TIACA recently unveiled its new vision, which includes the development of more training and consultancy projects, advocacy initiatives, a reinvigorated value proposition for members, as well as a new look complete with a new website.

TIACA’s 29th International Air Cargo Forum and Exhibition takes place at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre in Toronto, Canada from 16th to 18th October 2018.
