SPACE STILL AVAILABLE TO ATTEND RECORD-BREAKING AIRCARGO 2024 CONFERENCE

The three-day conference is on track to exceed last year’s attendance after all-time-high early registration numbers and exhibition hall officially sells out

Louisville, Kentucky, USA, Monday, January 8, 2024:  More than 600 delegates have signed up for early bird registration for the Airforwarders Association (AfA)’s ‘MIX IT UP’ AirCargo Conference 2024, putting the show on track for its biggest yet when it takes place February 11-13.

The show’s exhibition hall has also officially sold out with over 80 exhibitors confirmed, just a month before leading professionals from across the air cargo industry are welcomed to the three-day event, which this year takes place at the Omni Louisville Hotel in Louisville, Kentucky, USA.

Brandon Fried, Executive Director, Airforwarders Association, said: “Thanks to an all-time-high number of early registrations, this year’s AirCargo Conference is firmly on track to be our largest ever, even exceeding last year’s show of over 1,000 attendees and 85 exhibitors.

“Those attending will benefit from insights from air cargo’s most sought-after leaders who will be debating solutions to navigate today’s most complex global transportation challenges, as well as sharing proven growth strategies and innovations.

“Because of the growing demand, we’ve now increased the space reserved at the Omni Louisville Hotel, so we encourage anyone interested to hurry and sign up by visiting the AirCargo 2024 conference website.”

The show was established in 1997 and brings together airlines, airport authorities, freight forwarders, truckers, and expediting companies, along with the vendors who support them.

The conference offers delegates a chance to network and collaborate with industry colleagues as well as opportunities to learn from more than 50 air cargo thought leaders, who will be discussing a wide range of trends, challenges, innovations, and the future of the sector.

Captain Houston Mills, UPS President of Flight Operations & Safety, will set the tone of the event as the keynote speaker, taking part in a fireside chat with Fried to discuss topics from sustainability to navigating trade agreements, regulations, and the importance of engaging in Government advocacy.
