Tigers e-fulfilment solution brings cycling clothing brand Rapha Racing to APAC market
Iconic sportswear and lifestyle brand in alliance with Tigers’ e-commerce fulfilment expertise in Asia-Pacific
Hong Kong, Hong Kong, Monday, 5th June 2017 – Supply chain specialist Tigers is fulfiling the leading cycling clothing brand Rapha Racing’s e-commerce requirements in the Asia-Pacific region.
Tigers, which recently launched a new China marketplace, called eShop, handles Rapha Racing’s Asia-Pacific B2C distribution from its e-commerce fulfilment hub in Hong Kong, one of several across China.
Tigers offers order fulfilment services for Rapha Racing’s products, in addition to Value Added services including labeling, quality checks, kitting of products, and acting as Rapha’s returns management centre in the region.
“Tigers’ state of the art connectivity tool ‘SmartHub’, complete with a client facing layer, and our global warehouse management system, are interfaced with Rapha Racing’s order management system, allowing us to see online orders in real time at our fulfilment hub in Hong Kong,” said Andrew Jillings, Chief Executive Officer and Group Managing Director, Tigers Ltd.
“We process pick-and-pack of orders and manage final mile delivery in a time sensitive manner. The entire work flow is fully automated.”
Tigers handles on average 250 direct-to-customer orders per day and up to six times of average volume during spike for Rapha Racing, and handles packing according to customer specific requirements. This is only possible by seamless communication between Tigers and Rapha Racing and the presence of a sophisticated forecasting system.
“We were looking for an e-commerce fulfilment provider with the most relevant experience to offer solutions for the Asia-Pacific region,” said Dov O’Neil, Head of Logistics, Rapha Racing.
“As a global operator, Tigers is able to leverage the knowledge it has in the US and European markets and successfully implement it in the region.”
Tigers recently launched a new marketplace, eShop, offering a full enterprise solution to customers wishing to sell their products in the dynamic Asia-Pacific e-commerce markets.
“Our aim is to provide our clients with a one stop enterprise solution for their B2B and B2C requirements,” said Jillings.
“The fashion and outdoor retail industry is one of the verticals driving the e-commerce boom in Asia, and Value Added services are vital to support its rapid growth.”
Tigers works with a number of Outdoor and Active Lifestyle brands globally, including Italian designer workout gear Gr1ps, which was one of the first Tigers eShop customers.

Our Vision
The objective of SESAR is to modernise European ATM by defining, developing and delivering new or improved technologies and procedures (SESAR Solutions).
SESAR’s vision builds on the notion of trajectory-based operations’ and relies on the provision of air navigation services (ANS) in support of the execution of the business or mission trajectory — meaning that aircraft can fly their preferred trajectories without being constrained by airspace configurations.
SESAR Deployment Manager
The SESAR Deployment Manager (SDM) function is defined by the Article 9 of Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) N°409/2013. Under the oversight of the European Commission, the SDM function consists of the synchronisation and the coordination of the deployment of the Common Projects. A Common Project is a Commission Implementing Regulation which mandates the implementation of the most essential operational changes in the European ATM Master Plan by the Member States of the European Union and their operational stakeholders. The first Common Project is known as the Pilot Common Project (PCP) and is defined by the Regulation (EU) N°716/2014. The SDM synchronises and coordinates implementation against the SESAR Deployment Programme which is a project view of the Common Projects organizing their implementation into optimum sequences of activities by all the stakeholders required to implement. To develop and maintain the SESAR Deployment Programme in close consultation with all the stakeholders is another important task under the SDM function.
